'Boys' from 55 PMA got together in DeSOM (how DeSOM has become a preferred meeting place for everyone) to celebrate Fathers’ day. Zahid was the proud father of the evening. It was wedding of his daughter (barat) and son (walima). Zahid is from Karachi Chapter but marriages were in Lahore and of course whole of Lahore Chapter (55 PMA) was invited and most were there with thir best wishes. That is what distinguishes 55 among Men at Their Best. They are always together on such occasions (and also without occasions). Images by handsome son of Asif Ilyas.

Highlights of the evening were of course informed jokes from Nouman Siddique (he keeps collecting jokes for get togethers), discussion on political scenarios and geopolitics (yes Nadir Mir was also there), why Pakistan Army should blog as a policy and updating each other on personal as well as course levels. Here are some of the images. More will be coming from Asif’s son and I will update. One of the images (number 3 image from top) was captioned as 'most clear headed persons from 55 PMA family.” Ali Akbar says that God has created only a few heads, rest all are covered with hairs.”

55th is honoured to have Syed Asghar Javed Shirazi in their course. He is not only an active member of any event but makes it memorable by snapping good shots and then informing the entire world about it by giving detail resume of the event through his Blogs. Three cheers for Shirazi.
Well we are grateful to Zahid for providing us an opportunity to sit together, eat together, share are good n bad days and future prospectus.
This year another two events of Siblings' marriages are coming up. Sir Athar's only Daughter's marriage n my Daughter's Rukhsati in November, where we wish to see Shirazi active again ALLAH WILLING.
