Judicial Activism

Politics is being tricked into every organization of the country. As democracy is fairly new in the country and the constitutional institutions have failed to define its limitation which is the root cause of prevailing Interferences into each other’s businesses and pulling legs around the country. Heart-renders on how outlawed some organizations are. If we get to list them it will take spans of time to get tinged with their working abilities. Certain groups of people are often seen showing deviant behavior. Are they fearless of sanctions? Or, is the judiciary is blind to be honest to drag them behind the bars and grant them with punishments. Why a bias interpretation by our judiciary exists? Shouldn’t there be an accountability across the board? It’s hard to believe but looks like how can the Judiciary remain immune.
It has been seen, how, the ruling government targeted by the judiciary time and again. No doubt, that the ruling government failed to deliver but still Judiciary perforates its indulgences into the working of the governmental matters, giving rise to the trivial issues to shake the state of government. Speaking of the issues to have been creating hurdles in the way of our national progress, one may find dozen of examples. Of lately, the former Prime minister made the contempt, who agreed to disagree with the orders of our laudable court. Accountability haunted him, giving sleepless nights and trivial issues raised to shake his confidence in his agendas. The unanswered question which shoots up from left, right and centre that why only they? Have they been elected to be stand accountable for all the actions whether right or wrong? Where goes the freely moving military establishment that has the power to indulge its foot in all the matters of its choice. Looking a bit deep into the history of Pakistan, it’s witnessed how the democratic governments had been over thrown by military coups. Yet no accountability and no “why’s” for crushing down governments elected by the majority of nation. In all these aspects, judiciary remained tight lipped.
Pakistan Peoples party is the only democratic political party which is privileged to complete its tenure without the backing of Military establishment. Saving its skin from being subjugated by military coup. But the trivial issues don’t let the government to conduct its working smoothly. Although the performance of ruling government has many scars on its face, many darkest secrets and grey shades yet the accountability shouldn’t be for it only? all opponents teams up to pull its leg, judiciary on the other hand feels free to ignore many corruption cases of other big parties and is keen on putting blame on only PPP and its members.
